Summer Abundance Workshop
Join us on July 7, 2024 for our upcoming yin yoga and acupuncture workshop, Summer Abundance, which offers tips, gentle seated and supine poses, and acupuncture to take advantage of the energetic shifts of summer.
The new growth of spring is exploding into summer bringing heat, joy, and abundance. This workshop is led by Angelique Raptakis, E-RYT500, and Dr. Marie Najjar, DAc, LAc.

In this workshop, learn about the virtues of summer, the Fire element, and summer health tips from a Chinese medicine perspective. We’ll also combine yin yoga and acupuncture in a treatment designed to apply these concepts.
Angelique will lead you through a grounding and meditative yin practice focused on the ligaments, joints, and deep fascial networks, and invigorating the senses with summer-inspired essential oils.

Marie will use acupuncture points that help you harmonize with the summer season.

Together we’ll align our body, mind, and spirit with summer energy.
